Ninth Masonic District Scholarship Application Guidelines

The Masons of the Ninth Masonic District are proud to be able to invest in the future of others by providing scholarships to qualifying students. The guidelines for applying for a from the Ninth Masonic District are below:

• Application Deadline is no later than August 1st
• Students must provide an acceptance letter for the school which they plan to attend
• Students must provide their most current transcripts
• Students must include a sponsoring lodge and a sponsoring Master Mason in good standing of said lodge
• Previous recipients may be conceded in lieu of a qualified student having never received a Masonic scholarship
• Students’ presence is preferred to receive the scholarship but is not required

You will need to attach various documents requested. Please ensure you do so, or your application will be considered incomplete!
Attach a typed 500 word autobiographical sketch that includes your academic achievement, extra-curricular activities such as athletic achievement, awards, leadership roles, work experience, and participation in community activities such as church or volunteer work. Also, discuss your career goals and future plans.

Please ensure your achievements are listed to include all the years you participated during high school and if you received awards or recognition repetitively in separate years that were the same.
